2. Eligibility

You further represent and warrant that:

• You are a resident of or are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted;
• You are not registering on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a professionally excluded person, self-excluded individual, or an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of jlbe or any of its affiliated game providers;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and your applicable jurisdiction;
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

jlbe reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the jlbe platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, same device, same payment method, or same IP address — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. jlbe reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals linked to duplicate registrations.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlbe username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activities conducted through your jlbe account, whether or not authorized by you, are your sole responsibility. You agree to notify jlbe immediately via the official support channel if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. jlbe may, at its discretion, verify the information you provide against third-party databases, PAGCOR records, or national ID systems in the Philippines. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlbe currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select over-the-counter channels including 7-Eleven Cliqq. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. jlbe reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures required under PAGCOR anti-money-laundering compliance rules.

4.3 Currency & Fees

All account balances, wagers, wins, and bonuses are expressed in Philippine Peso. jlbe does not currently charge processing fees on standard GCash or Maya transactions; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own applicable fees, for which jlbe accepts no liability.

4.4 Deposits for Play Only

Funds deposited into your jlbe account are accepted solely for the purpose of gaming on the platform. Deposits may not be used to launder money, circumvent financial regulations, or for any purpose other than legitimate gameplay at jlbe Casino.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions offered by jlbe are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses at jlbe is thirty times (30x) the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

5.2 One Bonus Per Player

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new jlbe players only. Each eligible player may claim a welcome promotion once. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus on a second or subsequent account is treated as a violation of the single account policy under Section 3.1.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that remain in a jlbe account without being wagered within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance will expire and be automatically removed from the account balance. jlbe reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights accrued under applicable Philippine consumer protection regulations.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jlbe platform — including but not limited to slot games, live dealer casino games, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface or the relevant sports betting markets. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms and Conditions, the more specific game rules shall prevail for that game only.

jlbe uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for applicable games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. Malfunction of software or hardware voids all affected plays and wagers. jlbe is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlbe platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jlbe games or the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in jlbe's systems — any winnings obtained through exploitation are void;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access jlbe's source code or backend infrastructure;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or identity theft in connection with your jlbe account.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

jlbe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) fraudulent activity has taken place; (c) verification requirements have not been met; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk under applicable PAGCOR compliance obligations.

Where an account is closed for cause, jlbe may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause attributable to the player, jlbe will return any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) via the player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their jlbe account may do so by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed in accordance with jlbe's Responsible Gaming policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlbe platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, software, text, user interface design, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of jlbe or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of jlbe's intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlbe's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jlbe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes jlbe's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data

jlbe collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering an account on jlbe, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. 12. Responsible Gaming

jlbe is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Tools available to every jlbe account holder include voluntary deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude or access responsible gaming support should visit the Responsible Gaming page. Access to jlbe is strictly for entertainment purposes and is prohibited for individuals under 21 years of age. 21+

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jlbe operates in compliance with the licensing and regulatory framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

14. Amendments

jlbe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the jlbe platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
